The original installer refused to repair the awning because it was out of guarantee. SBI quickly established, with the help of photographs, the model and name of the manufacturer and did an excellent job in one week from the initial contact to completion. The office staff were efficient and very pleasant. The two-man team, Dominic and John, were friendly, courteous, and very tidy. They even rinsed their tea mugs before they left. Excellent work at servicing and repairing our awning. The appointment was arranged promptly and the work done by Gerard and Steven was done on the day and time suggested. SBI recently completed a repair and part re-installation of our Markilux electrical awning. The awning had been troublesome for some time and failed several times. We found SBI on the internet, asking them to sort the problem but giving only a few days to sort it before we were having a charity fundraising event in our garden!
