SBI recently completed a repair and part re-installation of our Markilux electrical awning. The awning had been troublesome for some time and failed several times. We found SBI on the internet, asking them to sort the problem but giving only a few days to sort it before we were having a charity fundraising event in our garden!
The reason for this review is simply to thank SBI for a job well done! Clearly, the task was greater than expected, necessitating taking two trips and a lot of patience. Michael, Mark, and Dave were superb, clearly determined to sort the difficulty and not finish until they were successful. They were a credit to the company, and we were so pleased with the outcome of the work. It is unfortunate that their standards are not replicated throughout the service industry.

The installation team had to carry out several fault diagnosis tests before the problem was overcome. At least they learned something new and it will be added to the knowledge bank.
