We had a new awning fitted in November 2021. A very professional team (Michael's team), friendly and fast working. Good communication and explanation from start to finish. We have used it so very much since early spring and through the summer so far. We love it! It needs a little bit of adjusting now and I am sure they will see to it once I have phoned SBI about it. We had an issue with our Markilux awning and since the company we purchased it from had ceased trading we contacted Markilux UK who put us in touch with SBI. After inspection SBI quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that involved the manufacture of spreader plates to support the very heavy awning. The 4 man team came a few days ago and completed a fantastic job to re-install and upgrade the awning and replace the motor. We were very pleased with the sales and service procedures which SBI Ltd provided from initial contact listening to our requirements and giving us a choice of actions. SBI have given me excellent service in choosing, ordering and installing my awning.
