Our old awning motor gave up the ghost after 15 years of good service, so we decided to buy a new one instead of having it repaired, browsing several awning companies we came across SBI Ltd, the reviews were all 5 star so we decided to give them a call. What can I say? the response from SBI was first class from beginning to end, no hard selling, gave us an honest quote, one visit to choose the colour and to measure up for the new awning. The two lads that did the installation were more than helpful, going above [...]

FIVE STARS. Reply to Awning Review from SBI Ltd - Hello Jonny, thanks for the 5-star rating and I'm pleased you are happy with the work carried out. I'm sure you will get a lot of use from the awning, as it will provide shelter from the rain at this time of year, and you will be ready for spring! All the best from the SBI team.

We had a new awning fitted in November 2021. A very professional team (Michael's team), friendly and fast working. Good communication and explanation from start to finish. We have used it so very much since early spring and through the summer so far. We love it! It needs a little bit of adjusting now and I am sure they will see to it once I have phoned SBI about it. A lovely local company with excellent service. Reply to Awning Review from SBI Ltd - Hello Martina, Thank you for the 5-star review. Michael and [...]

We had an issue with our Markilux awning and since the company we purchased it from had ceased trading we contacted Markilux UK who put us in touch with SBI. After inspection SBI quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that involved the manufacture of spreader plates to support the very heavy awning. The 4 man team came a few days ago and completed a fantastic job to re-install and upgrade the awning and replace the motor. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend SBI to anyone. We will continue to [...]

Very professional. Reply to Awning Review from SBI Ltd - Hello John, Thank you for the 5-star review. We are pleased that we could carry out servicing and chemically cleaning the awning cover for you. Both Weinor and Markilux awning manufacturers advise that their awnings should be serviced and maintained on a regular basis. Weinor states: "Carry out maintenance and care tasks as required, once every spring, or whenever the awning has not been in use for a long time. Performing these tasks will extend the service life of your awning system". Markilux states: "Regular [...]

We were very pleased with the sales and service procedures which SBI Ltd provided from initial contact listening to our requirements and giving us a choice of actions. We purchased an SBI awning which was fitted without any fuss in a morning, our damaged awning of 18 years removed and the new awning demonstrated. We were delighted with this and would recommend them others. Reply to Awning Review from SBI Ltd - Hello John, Thank you for the 5-star review.
