Great response from SBI when I contacted them after the arm on my awning failed after 16 years of use. They got back to me quickly with a quote for repair and service and arranged a day to carry out the work at my convenience. The two engineers, Gerard and Steven, turned up on time and carried out the work efficiently to my satisfaction – replacing the arms and servicing and cleaning the awning. I would certainly recommend SBI Ltd to anyone who asks.
