SBI recently completed a repair and part re-installation of our Markilux electrical awning. The awning had been troublesome for some time and failed several times. We found SBI on the internet, asking them to sort the problem but giving only a few days to sort it before we were having a charity fundraising event in our garden! Excellent service from SBI, carried out by two polite and efficient service engineers. Only on the premises for approximately 2 hours but all the necessary work was carried out and appears to be working very well. Our old awning motor gave up the ghost after 15 years of good service, so we decided to buy a new one instead of having it repaired, browsing several awning companies we came across SBI Ltd, the reviews were all 5 star so we decided to give them a call.
