The motor on my awning had stopped working. As the rest of the awning was in good condition, I wanted a repair not a replacement. Every other company just wanted to sell me a new one except for SBI. The team in Head Office were very helpful and on Tuesday 2 cheerful and very competent chaps arrived to replace the motor and give the awning a thorough clean and check. The task was to get my balcony blind working again because I had recently not been able to get it to open - very annoying in very sunny weather! The SBI engineers solved the problem and also added the facility to ensure the blind retracts in strong wind (very important in a second floor flat!).
