The motor on my awning had stopped working. As the rest of the awning was in good condition, I wanted a repair not a replacement. Every other company just wanted to sell me a new one except for SBI. The team in Head Office were very helpful and on Tuesday 2 cheerful and very competent chaps arrived to replace the motor and give the awning a thorough clean and check. I am so pleased to have the awning working again and would recommend SBI after such a positive experience.
