The task was to get my balcony blind working again because I had recently not been able to get it to open – very annoying in very sunny weather! The SBI engineers solved the problem and also added the facility to ensure the blind retracts in strong wind (very important in a second floor flat!). Additionally they demonstrated very pleasant personalities.
