Fantastic Service. I have an old awning that needed repairing and some TLC. Parts are no longer available but Dominic & John were tenacious and managed to repair regardless. Once again I received excellent service from this company. I am extremely impressed with their customer service. I was very pleased that the same installer Gerard who serviced my awning a year ago came to fix a problem. He remembered me and my awning. Gerard is polite, professional, friendly and honest. Gerard and Steven did an excellent job of replacing the Awning Motor and carrying out a good servicing. We ordered our Sanderson awning about fifteen years ago whilst visiting a local flower show. We have had so much use from it over the years and we were devastated when a local installer said it was not repairable and we needed a new one. We then decided to contact Sanderson who told us they no longer sold awnings and recommended SBI. I spoke to Pat Cunningham at the company who asked me to send photographs of the side of the awning.
