Once again I received excellent service from this company. I am extremely impressed with their customer service. I was very pleased that the same installer Gerard who serviced my awning a year ago came to fix a problem. He remembered me and my awning. Gerard is polite, professional, friendly and honest. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain what needs doing, what he has done and what I may need doing in the future. It is unusual to find a person and company that inspires such trust. I highly recommend both Gerard and SBI Ltd.
