I have nothing but the utmost praise for SBI. They installed my remote-controlled screens many years ago and they have worked perfectly since. On the two occasions I have had to call them out (both times due to my stupidity rather than any product fault) they have been friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. I needed a replacement motor for a Sanderson awning together with a good clean of the equipment. The awning was originally bought in 2007 and has given good service. Dom and John arrived in good time. They were very polite and clearly knew their job. They carried out the repairs and updated me on the equipment. The team came to service my awning which hadn't worked properly for 2 years after repairing and a good service and a wash done it look like new even clean my windows and decking up after they had finished.
