After purchasing an awning from VidaXL (good value, but self-assembly was a massive understatement), it took me nearly 6 weeks to find a company that would take on the assembly and installation of a deconstructed electric cassette patio awning. I spoke to David on Saturday about my blind not retracting and by Tuesday John and Dominic had come and repaired it. All three people were very efficient. David to set up the repair quickly as obviously the blind not retracting was dangerous in the wind. He also phoned when he said he would.
