I cannot express my experience in anything other than EXCEPTIONAL! ! We have an excellent Thomas Sanderson awning which was installed around 20 years ago. It stopped working, it is a very large awning 8 metres in length, the motor had failed with the awning OUT!! We are in a wide open area with high winds, it was VERY worrying.
