I cannot express my experience in anything other than EXCEPTIONAL! ! We have an excellent Thomas Sanderson awning which was installed around 20 years ago. It stopped working, it is a very large awning 8 metres in length, the motor had failed with the awning OUT!! We are in a wide open area with high winds, it was VERY worrying. I contacted Thomas Sanderson who immediately recommended SBI, as Thomas Sanderson have ceased selling awnings.

I spoke to David Veevers in the SBI office, he was brilliant, I sent photos for him to identify the model and he confirmed that they could fit a new motor. This was on Thursday 3rd in late afternoon, he said they would get it done on Saturday 5th, but there was a chance they could do it on Friday 4th if the other job they were doing locally went well!!

We tied the awning down with ropes etc attached to heavy chimney pots etc! Thursday night was a NIGHTMARE we laid awake in bed unable to do anything except listen to the wind and watch the fabric billowing up and down, we had hardly any sleep. I texted David at 5am telling him the situation!! Soon after 11am, yes Friday 4th Michael and his Team arrived, with the wind still blowing they all did a FANTASTIC job!! Within about a couple of hours a new motor had been fitted with remote, a new wind sensor, along with a clean and service.

FROM MY FIRST CONTACT WITH SBI EVERYTHING SORTED AND COMPLETED IN UNDER 24 HOURS!!

Up until Thursday I had never heard of SBI NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND SBI WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.
