SBI responded very quickly to my worries when our old awning (not one of theirs) broke down. They diagnosed the fault - the motor had packed up - and I decided to purchase a new one from SBI. Two visits were made, the first to agree upon the style we wanted, and they also took away pieces of the old, broken one.
