We were at a loss to know what to do when our old awning stopped working in the open position. Weather conditions were very windy, and we were concerned that the awning might cause damage to our property.

We spoke to Pat at SBI who told us how to secure the awning. Because the old awning was very old, he gave us a quote for a new one. We were pleased with the quote and decided to go ahead. Within a couple of days Pat sent out a couple of his colleagues who were able to retract the old awning, which had no manual override, and make the whole thing completely secure.

The new awning was available within the time frame suggested by Pat. It was then fitted by Michael and John who worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days of the year.

We are delighted with the new awning and with the service provided throughout the process by all members of staff at SBI.
