Delighted with the work performed by SBI Ltd, their staff have been very understanding and friendly, the two fitters that arrived were extremely efficient and left the patio area very tidy. I am delighted that I can now use my Awning again with its new motor, it now runs very quietly. Unfortunately the old motor broke during the hottest summer we have ever had and i missed the shade of the awning very much. SBI Ltd installed a new awning for me this summer. They were excellent from start to finish. I ordered the awning in July and in spite of it being a very busy period for them, Pat in Sales responded immediately and the Surveyor Team visited the same week. The awning was manufactured and installed within 5 weeks by Declan and John who did a fantastic job (in the searing heat!). The cost was also very competitive and value for money. Overall a great experience. I can recommend SBI without any hesitation! Reply to Awning Review from [...]

Excellent Service Reply to Awning Review from SBI Ltd - Thank you, Lynne, for your wonderful 5-star review. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. It was a pleasure to refurbish your Thomas Sanderson awning, manufactured by Weinor, including carrying out a full safety inspection, comprehensive service, frame clean, professional chemical fabric clean and repairing the damaged arm to return the awning to safe, reliable operation. Many customers are surprised to learn that premium awnings can often be restored rather than replaced, extending their lifespan and helping to protect their [...]
