The folks at SBI helped me out of a tricky spot when the chap I'd booked to do the installation of my veranda sadly died, unexpectedly. We had a new awning fitted in November 2021. A very professional team (Michael's team), friendly and fast working. Good communication and explanation from start to finish. We had an issue with our Markilux awning and since the company we purchased it from had ceased trading we contacted Markilux UK who put us in touch with SBI. After inspection SBI quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that involved the manufacture of spreader plates to support the very heavy awning. The 4 man team came a few days ago and completed a fantastic job to re-install and upgrade the awning and replace the motor.
