Having carried out extensive research, I decided to contact SBI limited to fix or replace my old awning. From my very first contact I knew I had chosen the right company, they were helpful and courteous, no hard sell techniques, good solid technical and sales advice and extensive product range. Ultimately, following a survey, it was a case of replacement, the old awning was beyond economical repair.
