After being told by several companies that our space was unsuitable for an awning due to lack of wall for a support bracket -and being advised by Hillary's that the only solution would involve a bracket extending up and over our single-storey structure (which would require planning permission and raise the cost considerably for even a standard model) - we contacted SBI on a friend's recommendation.
