We are extremely pleased with our two new awnings. Very good quality and finish. During the initial survey the process or ordering, manufacturing and fitting were explained to us and we encountered no problems. Delivery was as scheduled and the fitters (Gerrard’s Team) arrived on time and worked for six hours installing our awnings. They had an unexpected problem with drilling into our house walls but they sorted it out well. They were courteous and very tidy with their work, clearing away thoroughly. Thank you. Michael and his Team replaced the motor on my patio awning yesterday.  They arrivedd on time, moved my patio furniture to safety and worked hard on a very hot day to complete the job. After a year of not having our 10 year old awning working -originally installedd by Sanderson who no longer do awnings, we found SBI and gave them the full details of the original awning. They recommended what parts might need replacement and an order was placed for servicing and repair on the basis that if the part turned out not to be required then it would be deducted from the invice. 50% of estimated cost was paid up front. An old awning was removed and a new SBI one installed. From the initial phone call I made to SBI the service has been excellent. Michael and his team were superb. They worked well together, explained patiently the workings of the blind to me and suggested ways in which I could ensure it worked well. My awning was fitted this week by Gerard and Kevin from SBI Ltd, I am very pleased with it this is the second awning I've had so I know the benefits of having one on a hot sunny day. One of our large awnings (13 years old) was stuck in the open position for days. As expected they were discontinued but SBI Ltd. saved the day and fitted new motors to both. They were given a complete overhaul and we are pleased to say that they are up and working again with a new guarantee.  Many thanks to the Engineer who worked so hard on a very cold day..
