We needed a company to replace the motor on our Sanderson awning and we have been delighted with the service provided by all the staff of SBI Ltd. All aspects of the job including a clean and service of the awning have been completed in a very professional manner. We had an awning and a side screen fitted yesterday and are very happy with the level of service from first contact to the installation. Although at the other end of the country, James supported us through our selection and ordering and he kept us upto date at every stage. We have used SBI for years and have three awnings on the back of our house. It is great to be able to push them in and out at the touch of a button. Sometimes we just want to sit out in the warm weather but not in direct sun so the awnings allow us to do this without having to put up free standing dusty sunshades found at the back of the garden shed. The whole process was great from start to finish guys were respectful and cleaned up after themselves Mark, Michael and Dominic were great and were grateful for the hot drinks and chocolate we supplied to keep them going.
