After a year of not having our 10 year old awning working -originally installedd by Sanderson who no longer do awnings, we found SBI and gave them the full details of the original awning. They recommended what parts might need replacement and an order was placed for servicing and repair on the basis that if the part turned out not to be required then it would be deducted from the invice. 50% of estimated cost was paid up front. As with many companies they experienced delays due to Covid but the promised installation date was met.

The operative (Gerard) was very efficient, a very tidy worker and had the awning working fine in four hours with new motor (stronger) and new control box. We exchanged the old anemometer for a vibration detector as suggested. A strong plus for the company is the fact that from our first contact, all our queries were replied to within hours. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Deserves 5*
