The Simplicity Xtra Glass Veranda is a contemporary and solid structure with post dimensions of 70mm x 100mm. It is manufactured from high-quality aluminium and can be powder coated in a Textured RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey or RAL 9005 Jet Black finish. The veranda is supplied with a full 10-year guarantee and has a life expectancy of up to 60 years, making it a durable and long-lasting investment for your home.

One of the unique features of the Simplicity Xtra Glass Veranda is the UV Activated Self-Cleaning Glass. This optional 6mm self-cleaning toughened glass has a special coating applied during manufacture that breaks down organic dirt, which is then washed away by the rain. This means that the veranda remains clean even on cloudy days, saving you time and money on maintenance. Additionally, both glass options are toughened during manufacturing and achieve Class 1 BS EN 12600 for impact performance, providing added safety and security.

The Simplicity Xtra Glass Veranda is also designed to be low maintenance, particularly with the self-cleaning glass option. This means that less cleaning is required, giving you more time to enjoy your outdoor living space. All roof options offer high light transmittance, ensuring that your veranda remains bright and welcoming throughout the day.
