From the first phone call to completion, the service from the whole SBI team has been excellent. It has been professional and speedy. John and Dominic who carried out the repair and servicing of my out-of-action awning arrived bang on time and were efficient and cheerful. They checked all the electrics and components, thoroughly cleaned them, replaced the worn-out motor then reprogrammed and tested it. They did a great job and I am delighted. Our old awning stopped working fully out. We rang/emailed a number of companies but none gave us any help except SBI. They responded quickly with advice, a good value price (all inclusive) which we accepted, and removed our broken awning without fuss in a matter of days. Full fabric brochures were provided online and in person. Ist fabric we chose was out of stock but the alternative suggested was even better.
