We had an existing German Meinor awning with a broken mechanism and tired fabric. We contacted a number of companies but SBI was the only one to come back with a solution for us. Michael and Stacie came out to fit a new mechanism and replace the fabric as well as carry out a complete service. They were very professional and efficient. The installers (John and Dominic) were very efficient and friendly and completed the repair to my awning very quickly. I got a quotation for the work last year, and SBI agreed to stand by that quote, despite the fact that prices have gone up. They were recommended to me by Sanderson’s Blinds (who originally installed the awning). Hopefully, the sun will shine throughout the summer, so I can use my repaired awning! So pleased with our new awning fitted yesterday! We have a very sunny garden which is lovely but really needs shade to enjoy outside entertaining. Also very glad we paid the extra to have the additional valance. I contacted a number of companies but found SBI helpful and not pushy salespeople.
