SBI responded very quickly to my worries when our old awning (not one of theirs) broke down. They diagnosed the fault - the motor had packed up - and I decided to purchase a new one from SBI. Two visits were made, the first to agree upon the style we wanted, and they also took away pieces of the old, broken one. I had SBI awnings service the mechanics etc. and replace the awning fabric on my 5m wide awning which is situated above my conservatory. We had to wait a few weeks for the new fabric but that was ok. Gerard turned up to do the job and spent the best part of a day stripping it out, refitting the new fabric and servicing the whole thing. He was very helpful and did an excellent job.
