After seventeen years of regular use, the motor failed on our Markilux awning. Original supplier not interested but found SBI. Pat responded quickly and arranged for a service team (Gerard and Steven) to visit within 10 days. They worked very well installing a new motor, remote control and wind sensor, then carried out a full service which included an amazing clean. Well done SBI, the awning looks and performs like new! Excellent service and communications. Had an emergency with our awning stuck out on the night before going aboard. They called the following morning (Sunday) and managed to do a temporary fix.
