Our client was looking for a company that could supply and install an Under Veranda Awning in Rye, East Sussex.
They contacted us as they needed to increase their living space and decided on a veranda.
They wanted the Veranda: aluminium framework finished in a semi-gloss white colour.
The glazing was made from 16mm multiwall clear polycarbonate.
They didn’t want to block out natural daylight so they picked the clear glazing option.
They wanted a space to relax, read books and dine even on rainy days.
We also installed a remote control Under Veranda Awning. The Under Veranda Awning can be rolled out at a push of a button.
On hot sunny days, it provides shade and glare reduction from the sun.
When not required it simply rolls back into a compact cassette that protects the material.
We designed the veranda to cover the width of the patio to maximise the space.
By adding a veranda LED spotlighting bar powder-coated in the same colour they can use the space in the evening as well.
Our client also decided that an infra-red heater would be a good addition.
The heater keeps them warm and enables them to use the space for longer.
The veranda is easy to maintain simply wash with warm soapy water and let it air dry.
