Our client had been looking for a local family run company to install a Glass Veranda in Epsom, Surrey. Seeing an advert in her local magazine she called SBI. One of the company surveyors Lyn Peel discussed her requirements and recommended a suitable veranda. Lyn called round to measure up, confirm the final design, sizes and price.
Our client wanted a Contemporary Style Glass Veranda with a glass roof. Along with an easily maintained aluminium framework. Adding square posts she wanted to create clean lines that this smart veranda does.
SBI installers had to remove an old wooden structure from the house wall. Some of the old render came away from the wall so they applied new render and the wall was painted.
An outside area was created to provide shelter and shade whatever the weather is like. Lyn designed the veranda to cover the full width of the patio area to maximise the space.
SBI verandas and canopies come with a 10 year warranty and a 25 year life expectancy.
