I contacted s.b.i when I was let down by another supplier of a glass room. They had taken my money and not completed the job. David came back to me very promptly, he understood the problem and arranged for a surveyor to come to my property. Following the visit I was supplied with a quote for the cost, supply and installation of glass to rectify the problem. All of the team could not have been more helpful. In the end having fought with the previous supplier for 2 years they completed the project. Although I cannot comment on the end product via SBI I would highly recommend the company for their professionalism , competitive quote and customer service.
