Our old awning stopped working fully out. We rang/emailed a number of companies but none gave us any help except SBI. They responded quickly with advice, a good value price (all inclusive) which we accepted, and removed our broken awning without fuss in a matter of days. Full fabric brochures were provided online and in person. Ist fabric we chose was out of stock but the alternative suggested was even better.
