I had SBI awnings service the mechanics etc. and replace the awning fabric on my 5m wide awning which is situated above my conservatory. We had to wait a few weeks for the new fabric but that was ok. From 1st contact they were courteous, knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful even though the Manual retractable Awning was purchased and supplied by another company VidaXL.
