I was referred to SBI by Markilux who manufactured our awning. I needed someone to do some work on our awning and wasn't happy with the company who originally fitted it. The fitters were very professional and quickly sorted out the issue with the awning. They also serviced the awning and another one over our conservatory. SBI fitted remote control blinds for me over ten years ago. The product is superb. In all this time they have been used very frequently and have never failed. As i have no power at my garage SBI Ltd fitted a solar powered roller one. Although it took a time to complete due to virus lockdown, the finished job is great. I now do not have to struggle to open it & it looks good. SBI provided maintenance to my 10+ years old awning. The end-2-end customer experience was great. After I place my request I was contacted and a quote with the different option was provided. The field engineer who provided the service was very knowledgeable and the confidence to do the job. The payment/invoicing process was very smooth.
