From first considering a Veranda from SBI to final fitting, everyone has been really friendly, polite and helpful.
There were slight delays due to Covid and poor weather conditions but we have now got a wonderful covered patio area complete with remote controlled blind and light bar.
Delivery was straight forward and not too long from time of ordering.
Fitting was really quick, tidy and in only one day although temperatures above freezing would have been better for the guys.
The finish on the product is excellent, we opted for the Victorian style in grey with toughened glass, slightly dearer but a far better end result and no rain noise.
Ours wasn’t the easiest placement on a bungalow but everything looks perfect. Plus we no longer have to stand winding a long pole to put a 40 year old blind out,as in the ‘before’ picture.
Yes there are other companies, but SBI had the style and finish we were looking for. You get what you pay for and we certainly got great value both in customer service, workmanship and quality. We can’t wait for the better weather to make full use of both the shade and the lighting.
