I found Michael, Mark, John, and Dominic friendly and courteous. Arrived promptly. Worked in horrendous weather conditions without complaint. Kept me informed about what was going on. Showed me how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleared up after they had finished. Great service all round.
