Our awning broke during lockdown, so no immediate repair was possible, but SBI gave us very helpful advice on how to secure it in the meantime. When we phoned again once lockdown eased, they explained the options open to us very clearly, tracked down the relevant part and completed the repair on the date agreed. The team was very pleasant to deal with and did a thorough job. I would certainly use them again or recommend them to others, as they obviously know their business and are concerned to offer a personal service.
