The original installer refused to repair the awning because it was out of guarantee. SBI quickly established, with the help of photographs, the model and name of the manufacturer and did an excellent job in one week from the initial contact to completion. The office staff were efficient and very pleasant. The two-man team, Dominic and John, were friendly, courteous, and very tidy. They even rinsed their tea mugs before they left. SBI is strongly recommended.
