My 14 year old, Thomas Sanderson awning had started playing up but Thomas Sanderson had withdrawn from the awnings market some years ago.

I tried a quick Google search for possible companies that could maintain my awning. SBI was returned as an option which had a website indicating that they had undertaken work on TS awnings. I made initial contact via the website and discussed options over the phone. A menu of options was provided with a recommended minimum for my model and age of awning. A detailed breakdown of costs was also provided. After further email and telephone exchanges a programme of work was decided and a date agreed for the work to be undertaken.

Gerard and Kevin arrived on the agreed date and thoroughly cleaned the awning The dodgy motor was replaced and an upgraded wind sensor fitted. The awning was tested and the new remote control programmed.

The work was carried out to a high standard and the awning now looks much improved and more importantly is now working.
