Our old awning motor gave up the ghost after 15 years of good service, so we decided to buy a new one instead of having it repaired, browsing several awning companies we came across SBI Ltd, the reviews were all 5 star so we decided to give them a call.
What can I say? the response from SBI was first class from beginning to end, no hard selling, gave us an honest quote, one visit to choose the colour and to measure up for the new awning.
The two lads that did the installation were more than helpful, going above and beyond the norm, as we live in a mid terrace house they had to access the property with the heavy awning through our neighbours end of terrace passing over fences etc.
They were courteous and friendly, they did a fantastic job, dismantled and disposed of the old awning and left the area spotless.
The awning itself is fantastic, the motor is very quiet, the integrated LED lights are brilliant ( literally) the whole patio area is bathed in light, ideal for dining in the darker nights and fully controlled by the modern remote control.
