Typical, sun came out and Mother in Laws Awning split on first use this year. No problem, phone SBI ltd who gave me a quote over the phone then came around measured up and then returned to fit and perform a maintenance. Excellent service and their staff handled my 95 year old mother in law courteously and with respect. Definitely use them again.
