SBI fitted a new awning on our balcony, overlooking the sea in Budleigh Salterton. As well as the high-quality product itself – significantly better than the awning it was replacing – I have been very impressed with the Company’s customer care.

I received excellent advice when ordering the awning and the on-site survey gave me the confidence to place the order. It was obvious Mike and Mark from SBI have significant experience and really know what they are doing. The installation itself confirmed SBI was the right choice. Mike, Mark and Declan did a great job and – equally important to me – were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the finished job.

In summary, I’d simply say that SBI are reliable, friendly and professional.
