We are pleased to hear you found us professional and thorough in our work. Your large existing awning supplied and installed many years ago had started to work loose from the wall and the motor needed to be replaced. We had new bespoke steel brackets manufactured that were longer to spread the load over the wall. Removed the awning and original brackets, replaced them with the new longer brackets and reinstalled the awning with a new motor. The awning now works perfectly and most importantly it is safe to use.
We look forward to seeing you in a couple of years to inspect, service and clean the awning as part of its ongoing maintenance.
