An old awning was removed and a new SBI one installed. From the initial phone call I made to SBI the service has been excellent. Michael and his team were superb. They worked well together, explained patiently the workings of the blind to me and suggested ways in which I could ensure it worked well. They worked over and above what was strictly necessary to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the awning, and left my courtyard in a better condition than at the start.
