Having carried out extensive research, I decided to contact SBI limited to fix or replace my old awning. From my very first contact I knew I had chosen the right company, they were helpful and courteous, no hard sell techniques, good solid technical and sales advice and extensive product range.
Ultimately, following a survey, it was a case of replacement, the old awning was beyond economical repair. When it came to fitting the new awning, a serious flaw in my brickwork was revealed when the old awning was removed. This was calmly and professionally dealt with by the installers Gerard and Steve as we discussed options.
Following further discussions with my sales representative David, and James at head office, we arrived at a satisfactory solution using bespoke designed support brackets supplied by SBI.
I was previously Customer Support Director for a large American owned Defence Contractor, so I recognise good customer service and relations.
