We have found SBI to be very helpful and efficient in dealing with our problem awning a new motor was fitted and a service to both our awnings. Gerard was so good at explaining how things work as we had had the awnings 5 years, one kept popping in 😂 and the other needed the new motor which Gerard fitted for us, we now have two awnings working beautifully thanks to all the staff who helped us at SBI who we can certainly recommend.
