After seventeen years of regular use, the motor failed on our Markilux awning.

Original supplier not interested but found SBI. Pat responded quickly and arranged for a service team (Gerard and Steven) to visit within 10 days. They worked very well installing a new motor, remote control and wind sensor, then carried out a full service which included an amazing clean.

Well done SBI, the awning looks and performs like new!
