Our old awning stopped working fully out. We rang/emailed a number of companies but none gave us any help except SBI. They responded quickly with advice, a good value price (all inclusive) which we accepted, and removed our broken awning without fuss in a matter of days.

Full fabric brochures were provided online and in person. Ist fabric we chose was out of stock but the alternative suggested was even better. We paid our deposit & arranged an installation date and everything was completed in half a morning. The 4 fitters were all excellent, provided every advice needed & more than helpful.

We recommend SBI without reservation.
