    As part of the manufacturer’s recommended ongoing maintenance, we carried out a comprehensive safety inspection, serviced the awning, cleaned the framework, and chemically cleaned both the awning cover and valance. Regular maintenance is crucial to prolonging the lifespan and functionality of your awning. For residential installations like yours, we recommend servicing and cleaning every two to three years, while commercial awnings should be attended to at least once a year.
