On April 18th 2025 – Good Friday, our 20 feet wide awning failed in the open position due to a failed motor. The wind picked up damaging the structure which meant we had to lash it with ropes.

The only company to respond immediately, during this holiday period was SBI Ltd.

David replied immediately to our call for help and made arrangements for a team of engineers to come out and repair and service the awning within days.

Gerard and Steve carried out the work efficiently without fuss.
