Your German Weinor Opal Design LUX awning needed a pair of commercial quality arms replaced along with a service and new light receiver. This model of awning is at the luxury end of the market and does benefit from regular servicing.

    In Weinor’s Maintenance Instructions and Directions for Use they state (that maintenance should be carried out at least once a year by a suitable specialist retailer). Regular servicing and cleaning will maintain the awning and keep it looking great. Thank you for your custom and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
