Had a 15 year old automatic blind that started behaving erratically. Phoned SBI after searching on WEB for repairers. They were prompt at returning my call and we arranged for their Representative to visit and discuss the problem. Decided that it needed new motor and a service visit was arranged speedily. Service staff arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. Serviced blind and installed new motor and explained to my 91 year old Mother in Law how the new remote worked ( and she understood!). Excellent Service all round and would definitely recommend.
